The Malpractice Division of the Law Offices of Richard deSaulles provides legal representation to individuals throughout the State of California whose medical caregiver(s) or attorney(s) provided services below the legally required standard of care- resulting in injuries to the individuals and/or their families. Our Medical Malpractice team handles cases where caregivers’ actions or omissions resulted in Surgical Errors, Anesthesia Injury, Pediatric Meningitis, or a Failure to Diagnose an Illness. Our Legal Malpractice team represents clients who have been harmed as a result of a past attorney failing to provide legal representation to the requisite level under California Law.

Originally founded in Monterey County, the Law Offices of Richard deSaulles now serves clients throughout California. Our staff meets with clients in Cities throughout the State, and free consultations are offered online, by telephone, in one of our offices, or other locations that are convenient to you, including the hospital, your home, or anywhere in the State of California.

What if I Cannot Afford To Hire An Attorney?

Most of our clients do not have the thousands of dollars needed to retain an attorney and litigate their case. The Law Offices of Richard deSaulles regularly takes cases on a contingency basis. For cases taken on a contingency basis, this means:

  • You do not have to pay anything to hire our firm to represent you;
  • Our contingency fee is based on a reasonable percentage of the amount we obtain for you;
  • We will never settle your case without your authorization; and
  • If there is no recovery in your case, you do not owe us a fee.

For those clients who prefer to pay an hourly rate, our firm is happy to discuss such an arrangement. Either way, we will make sure that the terms of the representation are agreed upon before initiating representation.
